ZOLA DELIVERS VERDICT ON CHELSEA VICTORY AGAINST CITY




Chelsea flogged Manchester City at Etihad stadium to strengthen their lead on the premier league table, thanks to Costa,Hazard and Willian's second half stunner.

Chelsea have won eight premier league matches in a role and have conceded just two goals.

In a game two of City's players were sent off in the closing minutes, former Chelsea player Gianfranco Zola said individual performance from players was one of key reasons Chelsea had their eighth victory.

Zola had his say on Skysports:  “It was huge.
You know, it’s a game in which they won, but
also the way they won is very important.

“They had to suffer today, there were moments
City were on top, they probably deserved to
score another goal but they never gave up and
in the end the freshness of the physical
condition, the quality of certain players came
out.

“They won the game and they won a fantastic
game.”

Chelsea now remain on top of the league table, four points clear sencond placed Liverpool.
