JOHN STONES ADMITS CHELSEA DEFEAT HAS LEFT THE TEAM WEAK

Manchester City defender John Stones  has admitted loosing to Chelsea on Saturday has left a "sour feeling" running through City players.

Manchester City were beaten 1-3 at home by Chelsea on Saturday.

"There's quite a sour feeling running through
everyone's minds, I suppose," he told Sky
Sports. "It's a difficult one to take in the end. I
don't think the score reflected the way we
played. In my opinion, it should have been us 3
them 1 but that's football.

"From how we played in the first half and the
second half, there's a lot of positives to take
and we're moving forward as a team: playing
out form the back, creating a lot of chances.

"We need to take those early in the second half
and it will b e a different game; in the same
respect, we need to keep them out in the other
end. It was a strange second half for everyone.

"We kept creating chances after missing and
that's great character to the forwards and all
the boys that were getting in those positions.
We just got done and they were clinical when
they got their chances."
