I FEARED GALLAS WILL TAKE MY PLACE

Chelsea captain John Terry has admitted that
he was a little bit shaky when William Gallas arrived at Chelsea.

The Chelsea captain said he was nervous he might loose his place to the former Arsenal Captain.

“As a young player I was nervous,” Terry said
in an interview with Chelsea TV , alongside his
former teammate.

“The first thing you think about is that they
are coming to take your place. I heard you
were quick, you read the game really well,
the opposite to me – I was regarded as being
slow and at the time I was quite nervous as a
young boy.

“But you had so much time for me, even as a
young player, and training with you guys
made me a better player for sure.”
